HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY ?
1. Choose and block your dates in the calendar
Le Sémaphore et le Penty sont disponibles à la location uniquement du Samedi au Samedi en période de vacances scolaires mais peuvent être réservés pour des séjours plus courts hors vacances scolaires. Bloquez vos dates en rentrant votre Carte Bancaire en garantie. Votre carte ne sera pas débitée.
2. Pay a deposit of 30% by bank transfer to confirm your booking
We will contact you to confirm your booking by paying by bank transfer a deposit of 30%. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking will be confirmed. We will send you an email confirmation with our terms and conditions.
3. Pay the Balance by bank transfer, 2 months before the start of your stay to finalise your booking
Two months prior to the start of the stay, we will contact you to kindly request payment of the balance of your stay. Once the balance has been received, your stay will be fully confirmed.
4. Pay the security deposit of € 1,500 one week before your arrival
One week before the start of your stay, we will contact you to pay the Security Deposit. We will acknowledge receipt and will promptly returned it to you in the week following your departure.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if I want to cancel my stay?
If we are able to re-let the dates at the same rate, we will refund you what you have paid us. If you cancel your stay more than 60 days before your arrival and we are unable to re-let the dates, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your stay less than 60 days before your arrival and we are unable to re-let the dates, the full stay will not be refunded. If we are able to re-let your stay but for an amount lower than the initial rate, we will refund part of what you have paid us.

Is the cleaning included in the price?
Yes, cleaning is included
Are sheets and towels included in the price ?
Yes, we provide all bed linen, towels and beach towels
Do you accept pets?
Non, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas accepter les animaux de compagnie.
Is the Tourist Tax included?
La Taxe de Séjour n’est pas incluse dans notre tarif car elle est basée sur le nombre de nuitées adultes et diffère pour chaque séjour. Son montant est de 2.20€ par nuitée adulte (enfants gratuits). La Taxe de Séjour sera calculée et devra être payée à la fin du séjour, habituellement en déduction de la caution.
PRICING 2025
De 2 400 € à 4 200 € pour le Sémaphore. De 1 600€ à 2 800€ pour le Penty.

Sémaphore: 3 200€ Penty: 2 100€
Sémaphore: 3 750€ Penty: 2 450€
