HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY ?

1. Choose and block your dates in the calendar
Le Sémaphore and Le Penty are only available for hire from Saturday to Saturday during the school holidays, but can be booked for shorter stays outside the school holidays. Block your dates by entering your credit card as a guarantee. Your card will not be debited.
2. Pay a deposit of 30% by bank transfer to confirm your booking
We will contact you to confirm your booking by paying by bank transfer a deposit of 30%. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking will be confirmed. We will send you an email confirmation with our terms and conditions.
3. Pay the Balance by bank transfer, 2 months before the start of your stay to finalise your booking
Two months prior to the start of the stay, we will contact you to kindly request payment of the balance of your stay. Once the balance has been received, your stay will be fully confirmed.
4. Pay the security deposit of € 1,500 one week before your arrival
One week before the start of your stay, we will contact you to pay the Security Deposit. We will acknowledge receipt and will promptly returned it to you in the week following your departure.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens if I want to cancel my stay?
If we are able to re-let the dates at the same rate, we will refund you what you have paid us. If you cancel your stay more than 60 days before your arrival and we are unable to re-let the dates, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your stay less than 60 days before your arrival and we are unable to re-let the dates, the full stay will not be refunded. If we are able to re-let your stay but for an amount lower than the initial rate, we will refund part of what you have paid us. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND OUR GUESTS TO PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Is the cleaning included in the price?
Yes, cleaning is included
Are sheets and towels included in the price ?
Yes, we provide all bed linen, towels and beach towels
Do you accept pets?
No, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
Is the Tourist Tax included?
The tourist tax is not included in our price as it is based on the number of adult nights and differs for each stay. It amounts to 2.20€ per adult night (children free). The Taxe de Séjour will be calculated and must be paid at the end of the stay, usually deducted from the deposit.
